I can´t boot whith usb on dell inspirion

First at all; im not a english speaker so, sorry about that.
I have a problen when I try to boot with a usb pendrive whith ubuntu, but only in my dell inspirion latop, when y do it in other pcs it works.
Ive tried flashing the usb on GPT mode and disabling security mode and set legacy on. Ive tried MBR mode as well but it doesnt work.
The problem here is than when I reboot de latop and then press F2 or F12 to bios acces, the pc get froozen or reboot itself. I cant go into de bios to boot from usb. I think its a dell problem because in other pcs I have it works.
Any idea about what can I do??
