Detroit and Dallas are staples of the league's Turkey Day programming. The Lions have hosted a Thanksgiving game annually since 1934, while the Cowboys have been summoned in all but two seasons since 1966.
The NFL expanded its Thanksgiving slate to a tripleheader format in 2006, and features two different teams in the nightcap each year.
