Need a secure distro

I am looking for a secure Linux distro. I saw one called Tails, but it seems that there are several sites that block the Tor browser. I am really tired of searching for a car, or maybe a new refrigerator, then seeing several ads and emails trying to sell me these things. I also want to surf some of the questionable sites and not be harassed with countless emails. So, what I am looking for a distro that has live USB support that won't allow any tracking or adding things to my computer. So, all I will be doing is surfing web sites.
I have played with a few Linux distros in the past, so am not a total newbie, but that was several years ago.
