Qemu sound issues (probably drivers related)

Hello,
I successfully ran Windows 10 virtual machine using qemu (with kwm enabled), but I encountered some audio issues.
I searched for solutions and I found this note on archlinux wiki:

I tried all of the listed options and I found that only using cirrus driver results in good audio quality. The same wiki says, though:

Is there anything I can do to improve sound quality with other drivers (like vmware, virtio) or sticking to cirus is my only option?
Thanks for any reply.

Note: Video graphic card emulated drivers for the guest machine may also cause a problem with the sound quality. Test one by one to make it work. You can list possible options with qemu-system-x86_64 -h | grep vga. |

The cirrus graphical adapter was the default before 2.2. It should not be used on modern systems. |
Thanks for any reply.
