Speakers detected by OpenSUSE, but not Microphone?

Hey all, hope I'm in the right category. Basically, I've discovered that SUSE recognizes my internal speakers and sound card in my laptop (DELL Vostro 5590), but doesn't recognize that I have an internal microphone as well.

When I run Code:lspci | grep audio I get the following output:

Code:jake@1337:~> sudo lspci | grep audio
00:1f.3 Multimedia audio controller: Intel Corporation Comet Lake PCH-LP cAVSI'm not sure if this is a driver issue (would there be a separate driver for a mic and speakers?) or if there's something I'm missing. I installed pavucontrol and there aren't any input devices detected there either.latest?d=yIl2AUoC8zA latest?i=k_DyN46y89k:E8NntFunkWo:F7zBnMy latest?i=k_DyN46y89k:E8NntFunkWo:V_sGLiP latest?d=qj6IDK7rITs latest?i=k_DyN46y89k:E8NntFunkWo:gIN9vFwk_DyN46y89k
