[SOLVED] slackbuild not completing
by krakanut from LinuxQuestions.org on (#5J5V8)
All, I just loaded a fresh install of slackware current and updated. All good. I now try to build a file using slackbuild - something I have done countless times before. However it does not complete - using either script and file from slackbuilds or ponce. The directories are being created in /tmp/SBo - FreeRDP-2.0.0 and package-freerdp but the script fails before creating the install file. The package must build ok because I can run the program from the /tmp/SBo/package-freerdp directory.
This is how the slackbuild script exits:
-- Set runtime path of "/tmp/SBo/package-freerdp/usr/bin/xfreerdp" to "$ORIGIN/../lib64:$ORIGIN/.."
cat: /home/krakanut/Downloads/freerdp/freerdp.SlackBuild: No such file or directory
I will admit that though I am comfortable installing slackbuilds I do not know the details of how these work exactly.
I be happy to look into this and try to understand but not sure exactly where tio start.
