I will install Linux on SSD AMI UEFI SMBIOS (same posted in "Hardware")
by Physiker8 from LinuxQuestions.org on (#5J5YD)
I bought a brandnew Notebook with X64 based Intel Celeron CPU N3350, AMI UEFI SM BIOS Version 3.0 Windows10
I will install Linux. Problem:
Notebook will not boot from debian-live-10.9.0-i386-gnome USB created with rufus.
Notebook with X64 based Intel Celeron CPU N3350, AMI UEFI SM BIOS Version 3.0 Windows10
Bought from AliExpress, $195.08, brand TOPOSH, HD Type SSD 64G, SD 256GB
Linux live USB is not booting.
I disabled secure boot, fast boot in bios. And I checked for USB settings in bios:
---------Bios-Boot---------------------------------
Boot option Priorities:
Boot option #1 [UEFI SanDisk, Partition 1]
Boot option #2 [Windows Boot Manager]
Boot option #3 [Disabled]
Fast Boot [Disabled]
New Boot Option Policy[Place First]
--------Bios----------------------------------------
After -----Safe & Exit----- opened Windows Boot Manager:
----------------------------------------------------
Windows failed to start. A recent hardware or Software change might be the cause. To fix the problem:
1. Insert your Windows Installation disk....
2.
3. Click "Repair your computer"
(I dont have this disk, WIN 10 was installed by factory)
File: /g21dr.mbr
Status: 0xc000007b
Info: the operation system couldn`t be loaded because required file is missing
-----------------------------------------------
What can I do now?
I I would be very happy to receive an answer :)
