Lottery tickets, free doughnuts: Could incentives and other strategies encourage people to get COVID-19 shots?

As the city of Toronto launches a new plan to reach residents who have yet to receive their first shot of the COVID-19 vaccine, experts say officials should consider more strategies to encourage uptake, including everything from the wider involvement of family doctors and trusted community members, to vaccine buses on summer beaches and even lottery tickets or free doughnuts.
