Password vaults or secret servers?

I'm looking for a password vault/secret server application to centralize credentials for a small team.
Current scope is keeping shared credentials secured.
Looking to solve spread and duplication issues.

Needs to be open source, free (because management) locally hosted on linux, have a web ui and encrypt at rest.
Most of the solutions I've found have had been devops tools that are overly complex for the project at hand.
