Help - VSFTP Server protocol not available

I had setup a VSFTP server and was able to connect using the ip address of my VM. I have tried reconnecting and now get a message saying protocol not available. I am unsure what the issue is or how to check logs to see what the error message is. Any assistance would be appreciated, thank you.
