k3b does not transcode

I have seen another post where someone asked about k3b not ripping dvd's because transcode is missing. That persons questions were not answered, instead they suggested using another program. One such program was Konverter. I downloaded Konverter but can not seem to be able to install it as using make gives me error. They also suggested another program, but then kind of say not to use it as it was not a very good program. Either way I am back to using k3b and transcode. I have use k3b in the past to transcode dvd's, However, ubuntu 20.04 does not seem to include transcode in the package manager. If transcode IS install k3b does not see it because under setting - programs - programs [tab] ALL of the other options are listed and seem to have multiple choices, however where transcode should be it instead says; transcode (not found).

So where would transcode be if it is installed, and if it is not, where can I get transcode for k3b version 19.12.3.

I tried posting this yesterday, worded differently however when I logged in today it said I had NOT posted anything yet. So if this is a duplication it is because the system tells me my last post did not post.
