Victoria reported 11 new cases, all linked to existing outbreaks, on Monday as the prime minister urged the lockdown in Melbourne be lifted as soon as possible.
The state's chief health officer said however they were still making decisions regarding the ongoing lockdown in Melbourne, which is due to end on Thursday, on a day-by-day basis.
