Mozilla, Thunderbird and Chrome Crashing Constantly -

Hello - Im getting incessant crashing from Mozilla, Chrome and Thunderbird. While typing this my system "blipped" and went back to initial log in. The crashes occur repeatedly over a matter of seconds or maybe every few minutes. Always either in Mozilla (recently started using Chrome - still crashes) and when using Thunderbird. Doesn't seem to have issues running anything else. I have had issues with internet connection fading in and out when using Nordvpn or when not using VPN. Im surprised it hasn't crashed while typing this. Oops it just crashed.
Can i do a fresh install without trashing? Ive been dual booting this machine (Win10/Ubuntu) for a couple of years with minimal issues other than the internet issue (which may still be the cause?) I have no connectivity or crashing issues with my dual boot Win10/MX Linux desktop pc or another old clunker running MX Linux only.

Let me know what additional info is needed. My skills are probly 3 out of 10 so please dumb it down! Any help is appreciated.
