Cannot get Intel WiFi 6 AX210 to work with Oracle Linux 5.4.17 kernel

I have Intel WiFi 6 AX210
The latest Oracle 8 rev 4 install with the latest 5.4.17-2102 kernel.
the machine does not have wifi at all, it does show up in lspci but cannot be enabled. Where do I get the driver for it? can the module work with the 5.4.17 kernel?
The same wifi 6 AX210 works just with Windows 10 so I know there is nothing wrong with the card.
