Has anybody seen something like this before. can you tell me if this is tracking software?

Can somebody tell me what this is because I think that this is a code that this guy was supposed to send my phone with a star # befor it so that way I wouldn't see it. I think it's a code to add me to the roster and sync myactivity with his security software and all these other numbers are just a lot of I don't know what they are letters and numbers that represent some kind of setting in his menu but does this belong to some kind of tracking software for them to clone your phone and they track you in every move you make? They just know too muchtoo much.. I want the truth so I can put the hammer down Nail him down to the ground and put him in jail or something else.
