Can't make EFI bootable live usb from iso

Hii,

As my intent is to make triple boot (win7 & debian & manjaro) on a ssd drive.
The total partitions are gonna be more than 4 primary partition, hence i ventured into GPT for the first time in my life.

Issue1:

1. There is no dual mode booting compatibility in bios setting:
My laptop msi leopard has 3 bootup bios setting : legacy, uefi, uefi with csm.
So far, what i have experienced is:
When my bootable device is mbr, i have to manually change bios to legacy boot mode
When my bootable device is gpt, i have to manually change bios to "uefi with csm" boot mode

**Uefi with csm mode does not allow mbr boot device to work, only gpt boot device can boot up. So, there is no mbr & gpt compatibility in bios boot; have to manually change it each time according to the boot device.

For example:
Ventoy boot usb can run in both legacy and efi.
However, win7 boot usb (burnt using rufus with win7 iso image), when burnt in mbr can't run in "uefi with csm" bios boot mode, have to manually change to "legacy mode" in bios.

I made a win7 boot usb (using rufus: chosen GPT mode), but it won't boot up when bios setting in "uefi" boot mode. I hav to change it to "uefi with csm" in order for it to boot up.
This surprised me! as i thought "uefi with csm" means compatible with both mbr and gpt boot device.

Question:
There is no dual boot mode compatibility ? I thought "uefi with csm" means compatible with either mbr and gpt boot device ..
What is "uefi mode" in my bios setting for then ? Since GPT boot usb can only run under "uefi with csm" in bios (tried: can't boot up in "uefi") ?

Issue2:
Some iso does not allow / capable of GPT.

I have got 2 win7 iso:
1 is the current iso that i have being using for years and
the other one is a newly win7 iso downloaded from internet on some random website recommended in some forum (when i asked for win7 ultimate image).

Only after many trials, i realized that the win7 iso (the one that i hav being using for years) can ONLY be burn into usb device (rufus) with mbr mode.
There is not GPT option in rufus when use the iso.

The other win7 iso (newly downloaded from some random website) ; when burn with rufus, it allows GPT and mbr.

Conclusion
mbr of GPT will partly hinge on the iso itself.

Question:
Can i make the "mbr only" win7 iso GPT before burn into usb stick ?

If you want to know why i make my life difficult: it is because i trusted my older win7 iso more than that i just downloaded from a random website (i suspect there is malware embedded in it). And i can't source another win7 iso that capable of GPT ( i need GPT for the installation of triple os on a single ddr).

I have burn the newly downloaded win7 (the one from random website ) with GPT (using rufus) and made the installation... the laptop just cranked up the cpu when the laptop is in idea... that made me suspicious of whether the iso is clean or not.

These made me crazy!latest?d=yIl2AUoC8zA latest?i=kKtHYJX1aME:btydbsk5te4:F7zBnMy latest?i=kKtHYJX1aME:btydbsk5te4:V_sGLiP latest?d=qj6IDK7rITs latest?i=kKtHYJX1aME:btydbsk5te4:gIN9vFwkKtHYJX1aME
