Why does / and /home show mounted on the same partition?

Just did a clean install of Fedora 34 on an old laptop and ran Code: df -h and note that /dev/sda5 shows mounted on both / and /home. I also ran Code: lsblk and note /dev/sda5 is mounted on /home but no mention of /.

Can someone please help me understand this? I've been unable to determine why using my own research(Google, books)
