Updated Audacity SBo w/o telemetry bug, for Slackware64-bit?
While the Slackware64-bit Audacity build for 14.2 at /slackbuilds/14.2/audio/audacity is as of this writing v2.3.2, the plans for the Muse Group's Audacity are apparently to include telemetry and collection of Personal Data in v3.0.3 (see its Desktop Privacy Notice latest Desktop Privacy Notice )
There is a backlash against the future upcoming versions of Audacity as per the recent Audacity is now a Possible Spyware, Remove it ASAP and per this May's LQ Syndicated News Item LXer: Open-source audio fans up in arms after Audacity opts to add telemetry capture
What are the currently-available choices for Slackware64 to significantly upgrade Audacity from v2.3.2 w/o possibly contracting this unwanted yet continually trivialized:( telemetry bug ??:Pengy::Pengy:

What are the currently-available choices for Slackware64 to significantly upgrade Audacity from v2.3.2 w/o possibly contracting this unwanted yet continually trivialized:( telemetry bug ??:Pengy::Pengy:
- Continuing to hold back on the SlackBuild updates for Audacity or else offer SBo's only up to v3.0.2 going forward in Slackware64 14.2/-current/15.0 ?
- Running current and future Audacity versions using Willy Sudiarto Raharjo's Firejail SBo at https://slackbuilds.org/slackbuilds/...ystem/firejail with syntax such as Code:firejail -net=none audacity as per https://www.reddit.com/r/linux/comme...y_policy_data/ ?
- Offering an SBo of a popular Audacity fork such as Tenacity once the latter becomes further along in development?
- Building Audacity from source going forward and then just disabling all telemetry?
- Other?
