New member with questions on which version of Linux to use for my first try

Hello, Dave here from Alaska. Have almost no experience with Linux but have been threatening to give it a try and after staring at a win 10 blue screen all morning, this may be the right time for a change.

Any recommendations for a version that's easy to set up? Main pc use is as a music server, with my music stored on a Nas drive. I also occasionally use CAD software. Also thinking about dual boot. Thanks
