Update Manager constantly failing

My Update Manager not working. This has been going on for a month now.

I have tried other software sources" Whatever the source I choose I always see a failure notice:

The repository may no longer be available or could not be contacted because of network problems"

And also:

An error occurred during the signature verification. The repository is not updated and the previous index files will be used. GPG error: https://repo.skype.com/deb stable InRelease: The following signatures were invalid: KEYEXPIRED 1624268195 KEYEXPIRED 1624268195 KEYEXPIRED 1624268195Failed to fetch https://repo.skype.com/deb/dists/stable/InRelease The following signatures were invalid: KEYEXPIRED 1624268195 KEYEXPIRED 1624268195 KEYEXPIRED 1624268195Some index files failed to download. They have been ignored, or old ones used instead."

I have C&P the error messages, but I have no idea what they mean.

Does anyone know if it's a global problem or is it more than likely my update manager failing?latest?d=yIl2AUoC8zA latest?i=6TSgELvISoY:v5W0ZEEwbE0:F7zBnMy latest?i=6TSgELvISoY:v5W0ZEEwbE0:V_sGLiP latest?d=qj6IDK7rITs latest?i=6TSgELvISoY:v5W0ZEEwbE0:gIN9vFw6TSgELvISoY
