Firefighters rescue man from rollover crash near Binbrook

Firefighters rescued a man from a vehicle that flipped over into a ditch near Binbrook early Thursday morning.

The single-vehicle crash occurred just after midnight, July 29, 2021, on Regional Road 56 just south of Kirk Road.

Hamilton police said a man in his twenties needed help from emergency crews to escape the damaged vehicle, but his injuries were not considered life-threatening.

Regional Road 56 was closed in both directions for several hours, but reopened just after 3:30 a.m.
