I've been using XFCE and Slackware Current for several months with few problem. I just connected my Logitech USB webcam to get it working. This worked fine with 14.2, KDE and guvcview -- and was recognized by my VBox virtual machine on that platform.

I cannot get the camera working on Slackware Current and XFCE. kamoso fails to load:
Code:$ kamoso
kf.kirigami: Warning: Theme implementations should use Kirigami.BasicThemeDefinition for its root item
kf.kirigami: The Theme singleton is deprecated (since 5.39). Import Kirigami 2.2 or higher and use the attached property instead.

The webcam controller was unable to find or load wrappercamerabinsrc plugin; please make sure all required gstreamer plugins are installed.
Unrecoverable error occurred when initializing webcam. Exiting.I found a site for gstreamer plug-ins which I'll experiment with: https://gstreamer.freedesktop.org/do...?gi-language=c. But it doesn't seems like I should have to do that.

guvcview fails to build from SlackBuilds:
