Processes listed from results of top command execution

I ran the top command to list processes running.
There are some processes listed there that I wanted to get an idea of their purpose but there seems to be no manual for them:
konsole
kwin
kworker/0:0H
If for instance I run a man konsole command it returns "No Manual entry for konsole"
