i cant boot into linux - failed to remount '/' read-only: Device or resource busy

I'm trying to install Debian 11 on a hard drive for the fourth time and im getting desperate, the hard drive doesn't recognise as a boot option so i have to boot through efi file and then i get this error https://imgur.com/a/3ZokfkR

I don't know what is causing it i checked and the drive is not read-only so i dont know what to do, any help?
