Random system shutdown/crash: asking for help understanding logs and troubleshooting

I'm using Pop_OS and I'm not sure if this is the right place to post or not.

My laptop has been experiencing random shutdowns, something that was also happening on Fedora. I'm nearly certain that it's not the temperature, even while gaming I see 65C-80C CPU and 65-70 GPU.

I've read a lot about looking at different logs, journalctl and such, but I don't actually know what I'm looking for in them.

The log that really showed a ton of bold red text was this one:
Code:sudo grep -iv ': starting\|kernel: .*: Power Button\|watching system buttons\|Stopped Cleaning Up\|Started Crash recovery kernel' \
/var/log/messages /var/log/syslog /var/log/apcupsd* \
| grep -iw 'recover[a-z]*\|power[a-z]*\|shut[a-z ]*down\|rsyslogd\|ups'It also showed Code:pop-os gsd-power[1388]: gsd-power: Fatal IO error 11 (Resource temporarily unavailable) on X server :0 but once again, I don't know enough to understand what I'm looking at or what to look for.

I would like to ask for help troubleshooting this recurring shutdown/system crash issue and hopefully learn along the way what I could be looking for while troubleshooting. Revealing the issue, hardware related or whatever the case may be.

Thanks for any help or direction!latest?d=yIl2AUoC8zA latest?i=OJJpapDRvh8:OwQnCTQkdJY:F7zBnMy latest?i=OJJpapDRvh8:OwQnCTQkdJY:V_sGLiP latest?d=qj6IDK7rITs latest?i=OJJpapDRvh8:OwQnCTQkdJY:gIN9vFwOJJpapDRvh8
