Copy from CD to home

Linuxmint 20.1. How do copy from CD in USB CD/DVD player/writer to home. The "Disks" gui shous the player as /dev/sr0. The cd contents appear in Rhythmbox. I can play them. When I drag them to home I get message:
Error while copying
There was an error getting information about "sr0"
The specified location is not mounted
How can it not be mounted? If it wasn't mounted how could I play the CD on Rhythmbox and VLC and copy the disk withK3b? The disks gui shows it as /dev/sr0 (Read Only)
I ran df -a (also -h and -T) which all do not list /dev/sr0. How do I mount /dev/sr0, and where to mount it?
Is copying from a CD to home unusual?
