How to delete this locked folder?

Ubuntu 20.04LTS with Unity desktop environment
I can't seem to delete a locked folder named "lost+found" that was created by my backup utility and placed on my backup HD. I've right clicked the folder and tried to give myself permission to, but there is no option.
