Friends name on Facebook/Messenger not right for a month now

This isn't a Linux problem, but I am curious if anyone has experienced this on Facebook/Messenger.
Only *ONE* friend/family member's name is not showing up properly on facebook/messenger.
His real name is "Jeffrey Crook," as you can see on the 2nd screenshot attached - at the top (in 2nd screenshot) you see his name correctly as Jeffrey Crook, but on the bottom of the same screen you see his name as showing up as "Nikki f CDssoy of j upiszlfyto see nyd loo"
I have reported this to facebook several times over the past month, but no replies or fix has come my way. Just curious if anyone has ever come across such a glitch....
