OPP investigating Six Nations shooting; victim left with ‘serious’ injuries
The Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) have stepped into an investigation of a Six Nations shooting which occurred on Thursday.
On Sept. 2, Six Nations Police Service found an individual with a gunshot wound at a home on Mohawk Road in Six Nations of the Grand River Territory. The victim was taken to hospital with serious injuries," according to an OPP release Saturday morning.
The suspects fled and are still at large.
The OPP don't believe there is a threat to public safety.
