In .config dir everything is listed as ~name of what it is except one it's /name of what it is

Hello I need help so like said above the contents of .config dir has a rouge dir I need it to match the rest also in that rouge dir there is a file with * in front of its name it supposed to be a .cfg file and is also a diffrent color then the others I made them my self everything works like it should except the rouge dir and contents I don't know if anyone can help or needs more information I'm super lost
