Missing Windows in GRUB

I am running Windows 10 and just loaded Leap 15.2. When I installed leap, I simply took all the default options like I had for other installs but Windows boot option is missing. Looking around at other posts, I haven't found a fix for this yet. When I boot, it only has Leap options. I see a drive and when I click on it, it asks for root pw, then I get an error /dev/sda5 at run/media/Bill/OS EFI not supported.

Running some commands I found in other posts:

localhost:/home/Bill # efibootmgr -v
EFI variables are not supported on this system.

localhost:/home/Bill # os-prober

localhost:/home/Bill # fdisk -l

Partition table entries are not in disk order.

Any thoughts on how to add my windows back in OR at least access the files? Prefer duel boot.
