.cbr files do not open in slackware64 current

I can't open .cbr files with any program in Slackware64 current. I open .cbz files with Qcomicbook or Okular without any problem. I have installed Qcomicbook with success but it does note manage to open the .cbr files. When the download finishes, the icon of the downloaded .cbr file doesn't even have a graphic appearance, which happens in the case of .cbz files. The . cbr files are comic books that can be downloaded and the icons correspond to the covers. Tks!
