how to configure right click options in directory?

Hi,
i recently installed AV MX linux in my thinkpad, replacing ubuntu studio, which i was dealing with some issues. Overall it is working well, i am just trying to figure out some configurations.
At the moment, i am trying to figure out, how it would be possible to set what appears in the window that comes up, afte i right click in a directory (other than the desktop). When i right click on the desktop, i get the whole system's menu (i think it is the xfce menu..). When i click in a directory though, i receive a lot of options, like create a folder, create a document, along with many others, mostly audio related. I would like to remove some of those, as i am not going to be using them often and add some if possible, like create a word document. I cannot find something through the gui menus.
Is there a configuration option in the Gui menu somewhere? If not, is there an "easy" way to configure this through terminal?
