19-year-old shot dead at downtown Tim Hortons parking lot ID'd as Sabir Hassen Omer

Sabir Hassen Omer of Hamilton has been identified as the 19-year-old who was shot and killed at a downtown Tim Hortons parking lot Tuesday afternoon, becoming the city's 13 homicide victim.
