Brother HL-L8360CDW, printjobs don't until restart is activated

Using Ubuntu 20.04. The Network printer Brother HL-L8360CDW doesn't print until after I go to "settings" and select "Restart". The message in the Ubuntu settings printer panel states there is an error I need to "fix" and then select "Restart". As the other Linux computers on the network are printing to this same printer without issues I am thinking this is a Ubuntu problem.
