moving zabbix from one server to another.

Hello,

I have to move a zabbix server from one server which is decommissioning, to a new sever.
How it could be done with out reconfiguring all the hosts its monitoring ?

Would installing zabbix on the new server and moving mysql from old zabbix server would do the trick ?

Basically I do not know where the information of hosts being monitored is kept on zabbix server.
