Is it possible to ssh to a machine under two level routers?

How to connect to a laptop which under to level router. Thanks in advance.
Below is the scenario in my questions:
My home pc ip: 10.0.0.3
First level router ip: 192.168.0.21
Second level router(its public ip): xxx.yyy.zzz.154
My office pc ip: 192.168.0.13
My office public ip: aaa.bbb.ccc.109
How can I ssh to my home pc(10.0.0.3) from my office(192.168.0.13). Is it possible? Please help me.
