New York prepares to deploy National Guard to plug health care worker shortages as vaccine mandate begins

New York Gov. Kathy Hochul said she plans to sign an executive order to give herself the power to address any health care worker shortages when the state's health care vaccine mandate goes into effect overnight Monday into Tuesday.
