Report: Colts making Mack available for trade
The Indianapolis Colts and running back Marlon Mack have agreed to mutually seek a trade, sources told NFL Network's Tom Pelissero.
Mack is fully healthy after suffering a torn Achilles last season, Pelissero notes.
The Colts opted to hold the 25-year-old out against the Tennessee Titans in Week 3. Jonathan Taylor and Nyheim Hines have received the majority of the snaps in the Colts' backfield this season, with Mack carrying the ball just five times for 16 yards.
Indianapolis signed the 2017 fourth-round pick to a one-year contract worth $2 million in March. He's spent all five seasons of his career with the Colts.
The South Florida alum appeared in 14 games during the 2019 campaign, rushing for 1,091 yards and eight touchdowns while averaging 4.4 yards per carry. He also added 14 receptions for 82 yards.
