Is there a way to change the IP address of an IP security camera on my LAN?

I purchased an Eversecu PTZ camera that connects to my network via PoE injector and cat 6 cable. I am using Linux Mint 19.2. The camera documentation says the camera IP address is 192.168.1.1, and that it can be changed via the software which is an .exe file. I have been using Linux for more than 20 years and usually am able to figure out how to do what I need to do, but the only thing I could think of is to run the software with Wine which does not work. Is there another way to change the IP address and Gateway setting (192.168.1.1) via command line? any help or pointing somewhere else for answers would be greatly appreciated, thanks!
