Blood pressure software [standards?]

I'm getting ready to replace an ancient blood pressure cuff and seeing that many like at https://www.walmart.com/search?q=Blo...ooth+microlife have Bluetooth.

I've been around the block a time or two so I know that doesn't mean there's usable software, think like the standardization of gphoto and how most all cameras work the same way under it. I want to push a button or two to deal with talking to the cuff, taking a reading, sending over bluetooth, asking for comment fields, storing the whole mess, doing some simple averaging, plotting with Gnuplot.
