Blueman and bluetooth issues

I remember my bluetooth working perfectly a few weeks ago. Today, I clicked the blueman systray icon and turned on bluetooth. The icon then disappeared. Rebooting the laptop didn't fix anything. I noticed bluetooth.service was inactive. I tried restarting it and it still showed as inactive. I can get the bluetooth systray icon back briefly by hard switching the wireless off and on, so I can quickly turn off bluetooth through the systray icon. Only then am I able to successfully restart the bluetooth service. I then try turning on bluetooth through the systray icon and it disappears again, but this time bluetooth.service is still running and can be successfully restarted. This behavior is consistent across reboots. Here's some logs/output/system info:
