Overnight rain Friday dampened spirits for Saturday's Supercrawl on the Bay festivities early in the day, but fans showed up to Bayfront Park just in time for later performances, starting with Terra Lightfoot.

The heavy rain turned much of the vendor alley into a mud walkway.

Toronto indie rock band Death From Above 1979 headlined the festival's second day.

It was an abridged version of the annual music and arts festival that normally takes place on James Street North during the second week of September.

This was the second year in a row Supercrawl was cancelled because of the COVID pandemic.

Performances at Bayfront Park went ahead on two stages Saturday. The weather cooperated for the most part, with fans only getting a brief sun shower just as Lightfoot was about to take the main stage and Ochs-Robinson Duo performed on the pavilion stage.
