Packers beat Bengals in OT after teams miss 5 FGs down stretch
The Green Bay Packers emerged with a 25-22 victory over the Cincinnati Bengals on Sunday after the two teams traded five missed field goals down the stretch of regulation and overtime.
Mason Crosby kicked the game-winner from 49 yards away with 1:55 left in the extra frame. He blew two previous chances to win the contest in overtime and squandered an opportunity to put Green Bay ahead before the two-minute warning in the fourth quarter.
Bengals kicker Evan McPherson had his issues as well. After booting game-winning field goals in two of his first four contests, McPherson missed one kick in the dying seconds of the fourth quarter and another one in overtime.

In a scene befitting of the affair, McPherson started celebrating his overtime attempt thinking it was going to split the uprights before the ball sailed wide left.

"That's a crazy end to that game," Crosby said afterward, per Ryan Wood of the Green Bay Press-Gazette. "That was insanity."
Crosby and the Packers left Paul Brown Stadium with a 4-1 record, while McPherson and the Bengals fell to 3-2.
