Different icons,files and wallpaper in every Workspace

Hello,
I am using a Kali Linux 2021.3 (xfce)
But i want know that is there any way that I can make every workspace unique. I dont want the same launcher icons of apps in every Workspace and I want to put different wallpaper also . Anyone please help regarding the issue.
