The Ben Simmons drama in Philadelphia has taken another turn. Yesterday, Simmons was kicked out of practice after he refused to participate in a defensive drill, and the team suspended the guard for tonight's season opener because of it. Joel Embiid did not mince words about his teammate afterwards. Embiid told reporters he hadn't talked to Simmons and quote: 'Our job is not to babysit somebody... and I'm sure my teammates feel that way.'
