Get detailed information on block device

Hey guys so on my dell power edge server i have a 100mb /dev/sr0 block device i need to get more information on as its having i/o errors and seems to be effecting the server from booting initramfs at times.

Ive already checked the drives so i know its not that....

is there a way to pull specific device information with lsblk from /dev/sr0

and if so what is a few commands i can use to get more information on this device.
