Logistical nightmare for Indians to claim Covid-19 compensation

India's top court has approved a compensation program where over $300 million will be disbursed to the families of Covid-19 victims. While the government has promised no families will be denied compensation, experts say hundreds of thousands could lose out on the aid. CNN's Vedika Sud explains why.
