network manager can't reconnect to WiFi network.

I have WiFi router. I switched off and on router and now network manager can't reconnect. It is in endless loop. After another failure I see such messages:network deactivated, network could not be found. But my other devices just reconnect without any issues.

Edit: after reboot connection goes back. Restarting network manager does not help.
