[SOLVED] Alien Bob wine-6.12 on -current does not work

I installed multilib, wine but say running winecfg gives this
Code:$ winecfg
..........
wine: could not load kernel32.dll, status c0000135
.......Edit: There are plenty others errors saying operation not permitted.

Edit: These are permissions problems. Under root winecfg works fine. Where these permission restrictions may come from?
